Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your original order date to cancel and you will only be billed for shipping and handling. Failure to use the product(s) does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges (i.e. Trial Charge). To return product purchased after your 14 day free trial period, please complete the Return/Trial Cancellation Form located at http://www.thehappyhelpdesk.com within 30 days of the ship date of your product. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) along with the correct return address so you may return the sealed product to us. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER OR WITHOUT RETURNING THE PRODUCT. Please include your RMA number, your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address with your returned product. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once we receive return delivery of your item and a refund is made.

Refunds will be given on unopened products only. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned merchandise requires a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider.

Shipping Terms

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt (MON-FRI) using the shipping method selected. Please be advised that shipments are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. Chargebacks and Reversals

All references to a "Chargeback" refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge - there is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. In cases where we have provided a product and we have verified that a client has received a product and/or refused or returned product(s), whether or not they have used the product in any way, possible actions taken by the company may include filing a complaint with the Internet Crimes Bureau and/or local authorities, or reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities in your state to investigate theft of product and possible mail fraud which is a Federal Crime. All cases of chargeback requests will be vigorously fought by the Company. BE AWARE that if you choose to claim your online transaction was fraudulent that all activity and IP address information is captured.
